These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Mojav Technologies LLC, doing business as Mojav Technologies Quotes ("Mojav Technologies Quotes," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of mojavtechnologiesquotes.com and any related communications. Mojav Technologies Quotes is an insurance lead generation and referral service. We are not an insurance company, insurance carrier, or underwriter. We do not issue policies, bind coverage, approve applications, or make coverage decisions.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, including Medicare, Medicaid, or the Social Security Administration.

Submitting a request through this website is not an application for insurance and does not create, bind, alter, or guarantee any coverage. No coverage exists unless and until an insurance carrier issues a policy to you in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this website or submit a request. By using the site you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and about yourself.

3. Rate Estimates Are Not Quotes or Offers

Any premium figure shown on this website is an estimate for illustration only. It is not a quote, an offer of insurance, or a guarantee of any rate or of eligibility for coverage.

Your actual premium and whether you qualify at all depend on the insurance carrier, your state of residence, your age at policy issue, your gender, your tobacco use, your answers to the carrier's health questions, and the carrier's underwriting decision. Some policies carry a graded or modified benefit period during which death from natural causes pays a return of premium rather than the full benefit amount. Rates, availability, and product features vary by state and are subject to change without notice.

4. Telephone Contact and Consent

When you submit a request and check the consent box, you provide prior express written consent for Mojav Technologies LLC d/b/a Mojav Technologies Quotes and the licensed insurance agent assigned to your request to contact you at the telephone number you provided, including through an automatic telephone dialing system and through prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and including if your number appears on a federal or state Do Not Call registry.

Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may revoke it at any time using any reasonable method, including telling the caller to stop, replying STOP to a text message, or contacting us at the details in Section 14. We will honor your revocation promptly and across all channels.

Do Not Call Policy

We maintain an internal Do Not Call list. If you ask to be placed on it, we will honor that request for at least five years and will not call you for telemarketing purposes during that period. A written copy of our Do Not Call policy is available free of charge on request. We do not place telemarketing calls before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone.

5. Text Message (SMS) Program Terms

These terms apply to the Mojav Technologies Quotes text message program.

Program description

By checking the optional marketing box on our web form and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from Mojav Technologies Quotes about final expense and life insurance, including rate information, coverage reminders, and related offers. After you send one of these, we will send a single confirmation message and then send you no further marketing messages. To rejoin, sign up again through our website.

Carriers and delivery

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to incur charges on, the mobile number you provide. Notify us immediately if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.

Privacy

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to submit only your own contact information or that of a person who has authorized you to do so. Licensed insurance agents and insurance carriers are independent third parties, not our employees or agents. We do not control and are not responsible for their conduct, advice, recommendations, products, underwriting decisions, or privacy practices. Any policy you purchase is a contract between you and the issuing carrier. Our website may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.

8. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Mojav Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the website without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any right you have to bring a claim in small claims court or to file a complaint with a government agency.
