Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 31, 2026
Last updated: August 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mojav Technologies LLC, doing business as Mojav Technologies Quotes ("Mojav Technologies Quotes," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit mojavtechnologiesquotes.com, submit a quote request, or communicate with us by phone, text message, or email.

Please read this policy carefully. By using our website or submitting a request through it, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

Mojav Technologies Quotes is an insurance lead generation and referral service. We are not an insurance company and we do not issue, underwrite, or bind insurance coverage. Submitting a request through our website is not an application for insurance and does not create coverage. Requests are referred to licensed insurance agents who may contact you to discuss final expense and life insurance products.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Information you give us

  • Identifiers: your name, telephone number, email address, and ZIP code.
  • Demographic information: your date of birth, age, gender, and state of residence.
  • Insurance-related information: the coverage amount you are interested in, whether you have used tobacco in the last twelve months, and any other information you choose to provide about your insurance needs.
  • Consent records: the exact consent language displayed to you, whether you checked each consent box, the date and time you submitted the form, the web page you submitted it from, and your IP address and browser user agent. We keep these records to document your consent.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent on the site.
  • Marketing attribution information: campaign parameters in the web address you arrived from, such as utm_source, utm_campaign, and advertising click identifiers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 8.

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, or medical records through this website. Please do not submit that information through our web forms.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Generate the rate estimate you requested;
  • Connect you with a licensed insurance agent in your state;
  • Contact you by telephone, text message, or email about your request, consistent with the consent you provided;
  • Send you marketing and promotional text messages and emails only if you separately opted in to receive them;
  • Verify, document, and honor your consent and opt-out choices;
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website;
  • Measure the performance of our advertising;
  • Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

4. Mobile and Text Message Information

This section governs telephone numbers and text-message program data, and it controls over any other section of this policy if there is a conflict.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We will not share, sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise disclose your opt-in to a text message program, or your consent status, to any third party for any purpose unrelated to delivering the program you signed up for. This restriction applies to sharing of every kind, including transfers where no money changes hands and transfers to affiliated or related businesses.

We may share your telephone number and consent status only with vendors who help us deliver the messages themselves, such as our messaging platform provider and telecommunications carriers. Those vendors are contractually restricted to using the information solely to deliver messages on our behalf and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. See our Terms of Service for full messaging terms.

5. How We Share Your Information

Subject at all times to the restrictions in Section 4, we may share personal information with:

  • Licensed insurance agents and agencies. When you submit a quote request, we share the information you provided with one or more state-licensed insurance agents so they can contact you and prepare a quote. This is the core purpose of our service.
  • Insurance carriers. If you choose to apply for coverage, information may be shared with the carrier underwriting your policy.
  • Service providers. Website hosting, form processing, telephony, messaging, analytics, and customer support vendors who process information on our behalf under contract.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or regulatory request, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not share your information with third parties for those third parties' own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

6. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Certain state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to include referring your quote request to licensed insurance agents. To the extent those definitions apply, you may direct us not to sell or share your personal information by contacting us using the details in Section 13, or by using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Information" link on our website.

In all cases, and regardless of any request or the absence of one, text messaging opt-in data and consent status are excluded and are never sold or shared with any third party.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations. Consent records and opt-out requests are retained for at least five years so we can demonstrate compliance with federal and state telemarketing rules. Records of opt-out requests are retained indefinitely so that we do not contact you again in error.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and evaluate advertising performance. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some features of the site may not work correctly if you disable cookies. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required by law.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and disclose it;
  • Access or receive a portable copy of that information;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Texas, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise these rights by contacting us using the information in Section 13. We will verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent where the law permits. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word "Appeal."

11. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
